<p><strong>Kiev star</strong> is by far the most popular and has better coverage and connections, <strong>MTC</strong> ranks in the middle while <strong>Kiev LIFE</strong> has the cheapest local and international packages but suffers from bad coverage and many dropped calls.</p>
<p>You can buy SIM cards for all these operators from almost any kiosk in <strong>Kiev</strong> and topping up the credits is a simple scratch card purchase and code entry. Alternatively you can use the automatic paystations but some Russian or guesswork is required.</p>
